How do I find peer-reviewed journal articles?

You can find peer-reviewed journal articles by using the uSearch discovery system available on the Calder Library website. Enter search terms related to your topic and click on, “Search”.

 

 

Refine your uSearch results by using the filters available on the left side of the screen. Look for the section called, “Availability”. Click on the box next to “Peer-reviewed Journals”, then click on “Apply Filters”.

 

 

Another way that you can find peer-reviewed journal articles is by searching in bibliographic databases. You can access databases via the Calder Library website via the Databases link in the Start Your Research section or the links in the Popular Resources Section.

 

 

 

Some databases, like CINAHL Plus, allow you to filter your search results for Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals:
